If you are looking for a particullar protein structure you should try at the protein data bank (pdb) . If the protein was solved you will find all the information there.

As far as I know, the animal enzyme has not been solved, there are two crystals from bacterial enzymes catalysing the reaction;

But these enzymes differ in the electron donor/acceptor specificity, and their structures are likely to differ.
