Stem-loop pulsed reverse transcription. Which is the most suitable reverse transcriptase?

I would like to perform a stem-loop RT to quantify mature miRNAs by qPCR. In the laboratory we have the enzyme superscripII but in most protocols for stem-loop RT of mature miRNAs they use superscripIII. I would like to know if anyone has experience in this type of technique and why it would be better to use the superscriptIII versus the superscriptII?
