Hello all,

I am completing a paper on the change in impairment over the course of treatment. I am not only interested if seeing that there is change overall, but where the biggest change occurs and assessing week-over-week change. I am not sure what statistics method is best.

We have tried repeated measures ANOVA, although there are concerns given the fact that it deletes casewise and the datapoints are not truly independent.

Additionally, we tried mixed effect modeling, but it only gives the rate of change and the drivers of change. We have not been able to find week-over-week change.

If anyone has suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, any resources for running the suggested technique in SPSS and interpretation of the results would be highly appreciated.
