I am not an expert in treatment outcome research, but I do have a couple of suggestions. First, we'd need to know which kind of groups you are measuring change for. Do you simply have a treatment group (some type of psychotherapy and a control group)? If you have just two groups, then it seems the ANOVA repeated measures would work for you. By definition, the datapoints are not independent in this design, as you are measuring the aggregate change for the same group of individuals. Is it not possible to overrule the casewise deletions in SPSS? -- although you may actually want the deletions to occur if a large percentage of weekly datapoints are missing.You could run the ANOVA and then do post-hoc analyses of whichever week to week dyads you'd like to measure. You'd also need to make sure the measures you are using are sensitive enough to detect week to week impairment. Hope this helps.

Dear Kelly Slaughter ,I have never done this, because the results of the analysis are very dependent on the amount and quality of the data, which I often do if the results are not satisfactory, so I add the number of observations to a certain number or sometimes up to hundreds, the results seem new satisfying. This namu is not always, only certain times. Regards.
