Referring my article "Is universal set quantum entanglement states within paradox?" a cause and effect haven't discriminating aspects. One may ask about how the very complimentary relationship arise. Per quantum physics, degenerate states have same energy level. Hence, quantum entanglement is possible if cause and effect have same energy level. Time domain argumentation will provide typical example of "present" = quantum_entanglement_event with the immediate past and the immediate future = degenerate states. This is possible with quantum_entanglement_event going to eventually split states marking time progressively - refer also to my response of time = code_marking_event to an article about "Is the time really an independent variable?" time hence defined by event proceeding........
In the quantum you usually cannot refer to cause and effect.. Entanglement does involve degenerate states, states that have a comon origin. Detection of one of the states means that what is left is the complement, but this is not an effect on the second state, just the removal of the first.
In my opinion the whole thing does not go further than the case of Dr. Bertelmans socks, as an article due to J. Bell

What has to do the entanglement with cause and effect?
What is the cause in the entanglement, what is the effect, and what is their energy?
If the cat jumped on my cup with milk and spilt it, did the cat and the cup become entangled? And do they have the same energy? Which of them is degenerated?
First of all, the post does not contain a question. However according to the title the following explanation can be useful:
If fA1 and fA2 are two different wave functions (i.e. with different density matrices) of a quantum system A, and if fB1 and fB2 are two different wave functions of a system B, and if A\times B is the product of the systems A and B (which then are subsystems of A\times B), then the wave function
c1 \cdot fA1\otimes fB1 + c2 \cdot fA2\otimes fB2
with c1, c2 \neq 0, |c1|^2 + |c2|^2 =1, is an example of an entangled state of system A\times B. It does not matter what are other features of the states - whether they are stationary or are not, whether they have the same mean value of the energy/momentum... or do not.
