These concepts evolve out of my special theory mathematical physical analysis of proposed micro black holes at the quantum level, that accrue matter originating zero point material particles along with very recent NuSTAR NASA scientific measurement of a black hole within the center of milky way galaxy. In the light of these aspects, we can hypothesize internal black hole all the way to micro black hole, for example quantum black hole, that won't gobble up matter necessarily; however, it may put a spin on the system attached to it. Whereas an external black hole such as we know already well an astro black hole may gobble up matter near its event horizon, internal black hole generally may be inactive. Perhaps many scientists now also believe about presence of micro black hole within the center of earth linking Bermuda triangle which theoretically may be causing spin of earth eccentrically.
