I am currently pursuing a PhD in probabilistic assessment of tailings dam reliability and safety. The requirements of Ukrainian standards and regulations in this area are very limited.

Therefore, if you know any international standards, technical bulletins, or guidelines on probabilistic assessment of tailings dam, please leave me a reference here
