I'm trying to deduce protein size based on its retention volume (45ml).
unfortunately, we have a couple of columns for the SEC and we did a standard curve only for some of them, apparently not the one I used.
because of a holiday, no one will be at the lab for the next week so I'm just checking-
has anyone by any chance is using GE Healthcare HiLoad 16/600 Superdex 75 prep grade column and did a standard curve based on the elution volume?
I know it's a long shot but thanks anyway.

for each column you need to creat specific calibration curve. as the buffers and temperature and the length of tubing between various parts are different.
in case you want to have a rough idea, you can use the calibration curve has created by company and there is in Column data sheets.

I did want to get a general idea and just found the company's calivration curve online. I will calbrate it later again of course.
