Splitting cells from T75 to T175 1:20 dilution ?

Hi there,

I need to split cells from a T75 flask into three T175 flasks at a 1:20 dilution.

How much volume of cells from the T75 (after I have lifted + washed/EDTA and resuspended in 4ml media- total of 5mL) do I add to each T175 flask to reach the 1:20 dilution??

You would use 175/75=2.33 times the volume you would have added to a T75 flask.
