I have built a new method of reconstructing gene regulatory networks and am having trouble finding reputable sources for ground truth GRNs.

Several of the databases I have found seem to use pre-existing computational methods to compute GRNs and are thus not sufficient for evaluating new methods of computing GRNs.

Is there a set of widely accepted GRNs that have been heavily experimentally validated with some sort of regulatory importance metric that I can use to evaluate my method?
