Someone is adding articles in my profile which my friends can see but not added to my profile. How to get rid of this?

Recently one article "Follicular lesions of the beard area" is coming to my followers profile as added by me, but actually neither added by me nor it is added to my profile. Can any body suggest how to manage this please.
