Hello everyone,

I am seeking information regarding the recovery of palladium (Pd) from palladium-plated ferrous (PPF) material. Initially, I prepare a leaching solution using sodium cyanide (NaCN) and Au645. Subsequently, I leach the palladium and gold from the material. However, during the second process, which involves cementation using zinc (Zn), I have encountered difficulties in precipitating the palladium and gold. I have made adjustments to the pH, temperature, and duration of the process, but have been unsuccessful thus far. The only aspect I am uncertain about is the concentration of cyanide in the solution. When I increase the cyanide concentration, the recovery becomes challenging, but decreasing it impedes the leaching process. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice regarding the entire process.
