This image correspond to two different slices of sub-epicardial area in basal septum. It were stained with PAS. In lower magnification micrograph is possible appreciate valves and fibrous tissue. In high magnification image, the progression of rounded cell to enlarged ones.
I do nt see any clear coduction tissues in these images. may be few purkinji fibres on the right side of the top image?
Could you provide us with a little more information please? Specifically, please put annotated scale bars on to the images, and describe in more detail where exactly you have got these sections from. What plane are they in? Please also identify the cavities and surfaces - e.g. RA lumen, epicardium, endocardium etc.

In the upper figure, from top to bottom, you have in succession 1) Left ventricle lumen., 2) Septum endocardium., 3) Septum. From right to left it is possible appreciate aortic valve and fibrous trigonous. Just below of aortic valve, if you compare with Sanchez-Quintana reference, it is placed a muscular structure with an artery inside which is quite similar to AV node. This micrograph were taken from chagasic mouse hearts, and you can note that inflammation is stronger in the nodal-like structure regarding neighboring myocardium.
