Is there any software that splits 300-400 DNA fragment into eight-twelve 60-mers-80mers for the synthesis of this fragment by Gibson method? Telesisbio synthesizes oligos for DNA fragment synthesis on BioXP by Gibson method. But they do not provide access to the sequenses of oligos. So I am wondering if such program exists that is accessible for common folk. It should test your sequence to avoid undesired annealing of oligos. So simple division of the fragment into overlapping 60-80-mers of the same length is not enough for me as an answer.
