The topic is interesting and so relevant. Origin is used for very good representation of graphical dependencies. When not much overlay and detail is required in the graphic dependency, MS Excel can be used.
For large amount of data processing and visualization one can go with Origin and as well as Graphpad. MS Excel is also good but not to the point of plotting graphs for high standard journals. Compare to MS excel Matlab's plot is better in this respect. Thank you!
