I want to perform homology modelling for proteins from GLUT family. I have GLUT1 and GLUT3 (outward open conformation).
Can someone suggest any software for generating homology modelled GLUT2 and GLUT4.
I can use swissprot for generating the proteins. But would that be publishable. I want to know softwares that can do that and have publishable results.

Modeller https://salilab.org/modeller/ can certanilly work. of course is not simple as SwissProt.
there is a more simple grafical interface commercialy available http://www.3dsbiovia.com/products/collaborative-science/biovia-discovery-studio/ but i think it cost several thousand euro/year while modeller is Free to download

No doubt I always prefer to use modeller for homology modelling, but if you have face problem in working with modeller another automate web too is i-tassar which is widely being used.
