Is my blot publishable?

Hi,

I am trying to blot a protein called GLUT1. It is transmembane protein known for glycosylation. So I expected to observe streak rathen than a single band.

This is what I got. I tried to KO GLUT1 as well. Ref: Image

Upper band: Lane 1-3 GLUT1-KO cells, LAne 5- WT cells, 6-8 GLUT1 KO cells

Lower band: Lane 1 - WT, all other lanes GLUT1-KO.

Is my blot publishable. Any suggestions on improving would be welcomed.

Hello Sir,

it seems very clear and good publishing material however, I suggest adding a reference grayscale to determine (time, density... etc)
