I have used 802.15.4 compliant IP. I have tested following two approaches.
1. in this approach traditional TDD approach is used i.e Tx and Rx RF path is turned on alternatively. After that, I measured sensitivity and SNR.
2. in this approach half duplex FDD approach is used i.e Tx and Rx RF path is turned on all the time. Since Tx is always , Rx receives the desired signal plus its own Tx DC. Consequently, sensitivity and SNR should be decreased when compared with 1st approach. As expected the sensitivity and SNR are decreased ,respectively, by 8 dB and 3dB respectively. As you can see from the values that decreasing ratio bw sensitivity and SNR is not linear ( which should be linear). I could not explain my results. Can any expert help me out from this issue?

If you have a receiver, its sensitivity is fixed irrespective of the the rest of the communication system. In the sense it is determined by its minimum signal to noise ratio for a specific bit error rate say 10^-3 or 10^-6 for voice or data. Therefore i could not understand your question.
So, you have to reformulate your question in the light of this definition.
Once you reformulate it i will try ISA to answer your question.
Then it is a matter of the link budget calculation.

Thank you for your reply. I have solved my problem. By the way, sensitivity of my receiver is not fixed. I have measured sensitivity by using half duplex in band FDD and TDD at PER around 1%. Thanks again.
Congratulations for solving the problem, For the sensitivity of the receiver to change, it may be adaptive in the sense its bandwidth changes or its bit rate or the modulation order.
