Hello,

I have a problem with the detection of the small RNA ladder on the bioAnalyzer for the quantification of small RNAs. I contacted Agilent, they sent me another ladder. I had the same detection problem knowing that I followed the protocol carefully as indicated in the kit Guide.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem or do you have any suggestions? below a picture showing the peaks obtained of the ladder.
