I'm planning on looking into SIRT activity by using anti-totalH3 and anti-acetylaseH3. I would need to extract the protein from trophoblast lysate using RIPA buffer containing HDAC inhibitor and SIRT inhibitor to have steady state activity, but I am thinking I might need an HAT inhibitor (in case there are histone acetylation activity on the same regions). Does anyone know of any HAT inhibitor I could use for RIPA buffer?
