I am doing injection for particles but there is flow rate (kg/s) that need to be defined for particles in single injection particle and i do not understand why to define the flow rate of particle because I already defined the speed, and the flow rate is a boundary condition, so please what does it mean for the particle ?
Hi Tareq Al-Ma'aiteh , For example, I dont change this parameter. Because often I use material with density and velocity of particles equal inlet's velocity. But I dont use sigle injection type, I use surface injection type.

i am injecting around million of particles by injection file and each particle need this flow rate to define for it, its intersting because if it was 0 or too low e-20 then the Ansys fluent wont track these particles and wont see it, and if it have high value then the particle are not stable and move randomly?
Tareq Al-Ma'aiteh do not worry. If flow rate will be 0 or too low e-20 then the Ansys Fluent will track these particles and will see it. In your statement, I am more confused by the number of particles - a million.
Unfortunately when using the flow rate of zero then the track number of particles is zero and the once listed it it is also zero and you can visualized it and have no effect on the process.
The million particles created by c++, which provide the location and diameter of each particle individually without overlapping in space and its visualized and tracked by Ansys, but if i set the flow rate of particle to zero then Anysy can not see it, its still mysterious parameter
