I am looking for an organ bath integrated in the fluorometer , allowing the simultaneous measurements of [Ca2+]c and tension in muscular strips . I found literature about CAF-100, Japan Spectroscopic, Tokyo, Japan , but this equipment has become obsolete and is no longer being produced.
Do you have some suggestions about it ?

I am not aware of any specific gadget but should not be difficult to build one in house by using a tension transducer, a fluorescence microscope with a suitable sensitive camera. We are using one like that and I will get from the lab that uses (Nick Spencer) some ideas of how to go about in a easy way. We are actually visualising enteric neurons but for muscle is easier.
