Silvaco Tcad 160 bit precision operation ?

I am using Silvaco Tcad for simulation purpose of our work. Can someone help me on how can I perform 160 bit operation in Silvaco Tcad. Thank you :)

in linux version I think it could be like this:

GO ATLAS SIMFLAGS="-V 5.18.3.R -P 32 -160"
