I want to sort macrophages/neutrophils from septic mice based on whether they phagocytize bacteria, generate ROS, and/or acidify their phagosomes. Then, I would look for difference in intracellular signaling (i.e. phosphorylated proteins) between the cells that phagocytize versus the ones that do not or only weakly do so. Does anyone know of a kit or something that I could use to screen multiple targets at once?

I have used the RTK and intracellular signaling kits with pretty good results. They are quite easy to use and quite reproducible.
I think other companies such as R&D Systems also have these kits available, so you can do some price comparisons.
