Accent is a variety of pronunciation whereas dialect is a variety of language. Allophone is a member of the same phoneme. Allomorph can be tackled within the framework of Grammar. These are some basic concepts. For further details, just have a look at the books of Grammar, Phonetics and Phonology.

The accent is, on one hand, the speaking language with its melody, its rhythm and its supra segmental features, on the other hand, it delimits the meaningful units in a sentence.
- The dialect concerns the spoken language in a limited region. It hasn't @@ conventional symbols.
- The allophones are the different realisations of the same phoneme.
- The allomorph is the morpheme variations depending on the context.
Let me add a few words about the accent. In phonetics and phonology, accent has the following meanings:
1. The same as stress, i.e. the property of a syllable which makes it stand out in an utterance relative to its neighbouring syllables. It may be higher-pitched or realized through greater length and loudness, or a combination of these characteristics. Stress is identified at the word, phrase and sentence levels (to draw attention to one part of the sentence rather than another).
2. Foreign accent, or phonetic and phonological differences, produced by a non-native speaker of a foreign language. It results from the imposition of the articulatory setting of a native language on that of a target language in the context of cross-language interference.
In sociolinguistics, accent is a distinctive manner of expression restricted to pronunciation. Accent is typically a part of dialect as a language variety used by particular social and regional groups, which comprises differences at all language levels .
