Should i use random block design when assigning the treatments inside the block?

I have principally two treatments and two blocks with different slope. the total experimental and control groups are 12 plots and they have same experiemtal units. Both blocks B1 and B2 will have their own slopes even the treatments are similar and each blocks will have 6 plots and (replicated 3 times). Now, should i use random block design when assigning the treatments inside the block?
