I am simulating an air flow with fine particles using for this the software Comsol Multiphysics and I wanted to know in addition to the drag force that is exerted on the particles when an air flow is passing through a tube Whether to take into a consideration or not the lift force.

In general, lift forces are not added for particles. This is mainly because they are usually considered to be spherical and given that you are not tracking the spin rate of each particle (which could result in lift), the only option you have is to include the drag.

The buoyancy force of Archimedes will act on the particles in the liquid.
If the flow passing over a rotating tube surely you should consider the lift force according to the Magnus effect.
Thank you a lot Dear Professor Alexander and Mohsen for making it more clear and to be more sure that I will not consider the Lift Force as an important force acting on the Particles since I don't have in my case neither a liquid flow nor a rotating tube.
