Moreover, I also feel that the some professional management touch will also be good for them to manage the patient related aspects like ward management and taking care of their younger colleagues by knowing some of the human resource principals.

The exponential age of technological breakthroughs will profoundly change the role and responsibilities of the future physician in private practice, clinics and society, i.e. an innovation of the curriculum will be imperative. However, as the medical education/training for healing and health (prevention-early detection-cure-palliation/pdf) is paramount, a holistic view of the living human body should be emphasized; depending on the professional direction this could include managerial, informatic and people skills.

In fact the realization was started when more of these bio-technological tools entered hospital settings,and we as medical doctor always use to think"not my job"and rather were least aware of simple concepts like calibration and utilizing an equipment as per its merit.
With things going more mechanical and evidence oriented,i always felt that it should be at least basics which we should know

I agree. The medical field most definitely requires management and ICT skills. If all those skills could be integrated in one cadre then that cadre could be a much better clinician than one without such skills
