So we are having some issues with a Shimadzu HPLC. The main issue is that we aren't receiving any real time data. In real time we barely get anything on the chromatogram, but if we view a postrun analysis, we can see data. As in, in real time we don't see a signal, but postrun analysis has a signal. Also, we ran a quercitin sample last Friday. The first time we ran it, we had somewhat decent peaks, but the second time we ran the same sample, we got nonsense. Peaks were just all over the place, and we really couldn't gather any information from them. We aren't really sure how to troubleshoot these issues or where to go from here. I am hoping that someone may have had a similar issue before and could tell us how to fix it. Thanks in advance!
