You can convert your protein sequences into three-dimensional structures(.pdb) and into images by an in-silico technique named Homology modeling. There are several web servers and tools for this protein structure prediction i.e, I-TASSER, PHYRE2, MODELLER, SWISS-MODEL, YASARA. You can find a list of these servers on the below link:
