I want to separate nanoparticles according to their shape. I have read that electrophoresis and density gradient centrifugation give good results. Could anyone recommend what the best method for separation is? What do you think about sucrose density gradient centrufugation (SDGC)?
Do u want to keep all the nanoparticles or just want specific shape...different methods can exist for different desired results...
SDGC can be the way to go, but I would try simpler approaches first such as agarose gel electrophoresis (AGE). Note that in order to do AGE you need your particles to be capped with a strong-binding capping agent, otherwise they will aggregate in the well.
but later capping agent can be act as a barrier in studying its further properties. At times washing the nanoparticles to remove capping agent leads to their agglomeration
@Stuart Corr... these are silver, gold and platinum nano-particles and for isolation of nanoparticles we used 5 plant leaf extracts.

What do you mean by "solvent"? Are you referring to "capping agent"?

@ Hasna Abdul Salam ... we are synthesizing this nanoparticle using plant leaf extracts trating with aqueous solution of chemicals such as AgNO3 and after synthesis it is in the solution only so now I want to separate it according to there shapes as by TEM images these are showing different shapes.
Ultra-high speed centrifugation can do it if your particle is heavy and have different weight. Half minute is what I usually do.
