I am designing MoS2 using QuantumATK Part with Sentaurus TCAD

For QuantumATK Part I have already completed

1. S2 – Sulfide , Mo – Molybdenum

2. Interface

3. Device

For the Sentaurus TCAD part how I can visualised or how I can use TCAD

1. Like Resistivity of the Mo/S2 Interface or Sdevice or Svisual ?

2. How I can use the Sentaurus TCAD part????
