I am based in South Africa and would like to propose a collaboration opportunity through the attached grant between South Africa and Japan.
I am basing the proposed model as a possible focus area in which a recently developed scale on decent work features as a mediator. There was actually a whole special issue dedicated to decent work in Journal of Vocational Behaviour. Not much empirical work has been done internationally and especially in developing countries like South Africa using this scale.
Please could you circulate to colleagues in your department/faculty.
In essence, I am looking for anyone willing to collaborate and applying for the South Africa – Japan call. The research sample can be through using a sample of HR Practitioners. I belong to a professional body called the South African Board for People Practices where we can run the survey.
I also attach the model to be tested.
