We are working on a project that seeks to measure the link between university satisfaction, measured by a) learning facilities; b) curriculum; c) teaching and learning; d) university climate; e) administrative facilities and f) policies and procedures. These basically are ratings by students of the education provided by their university.
Could you please suggest any intention scales we could measure these with. For instance,
- intention to be postgraduate
- intention to attend class regularly
Our aim now is to collect a number of intention scales and see which could be useful in our context.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I am thinking of trying to predict - student ratings of experiences and services offered by the university with any intention scales. Its quite predictive and given my context something I would like to test. For instance:
The relationship between university satisfaction - measured by a) learning facilities; b) curriculum; c) teaching and learning; d) university climate; e) administrative facilities and f) policies and procedures and intention to study for graduate studies.
So the framing here for me is to try and investigate which of the university satisfaction elements would predict the intention to study for graduate studies.

I'd simply create an own scale in your context. Use the three component model of Eagly & Chaiken (1993). Develop 3-4 items per subcomponent (cognitive; affective; behavioral). Check via pretest (N about 50), calculate parameter (total-item-intercorr, Cronbach's Alpha), use a larger sample to test factor structure (factor analysis PCA); cross-validate with other scales. Then you can easily calculate a Linear Multiple Regression (behavioral intentions as criterium; see theory of planned behaviour, Ajzen, 1985, 1991) , furthermore you could check for moderators such as cognitive ability, overall grades and/or mobility. I have just created and tested a scale to capture attitides towards women in leadership positions, see above.

We do have something like this called ''Student Satisfaction Survey'' created by our University. As prof Lothar has advised, it is possible to create your own scale.
