Looking for updated textbook recommendations on Sustainable Development Goals for an interdisciplinary audience of upper level undergraduates mostly.

I do not have any doubt that United Nations has many publications on that.
My question is: What specificaly do you need to teach?
Thde 17 SDGs follow the tradititional way of considering Economics, Environment and Social issues. They enlarged considerably each one destablishing the targets, which are fundamental, and indicators.
If have workedco nsidering only the 17 SDGs and the targets. I guess, that it must involve a lot of work to take into account also the targets and the more than 250 indicators
In my humble opinion what t he SDGs do not consider is sustainability, that is, the integration of the 17 SDGs, which is what I do
