My research paper takes into account the antecedents and consequences of Employee Wellbeing. It has 3 independent variables and 2 dependent variables. It also has 2 non-categorical moderator variables. I want to conduct an effect size analysis and having never done it before, I am not certain about the type of estimation to be used here. As there are multiple techniques and varying interpretations, need some suggestions.

Would really appreciate it if any reference materials/explanations on the interpretation of the techniques can be shared with me.
