Found this Sciomyzidae larvae in the Netherlands in two different locations

Urkhovense zeggen near Eindhoven, 23.iii.2019 (lat N 51.4349, lon E 5.5465) and

Rode Spreng along Hierdense Beek, 30.iii.2015.

It was identified by me as Tetanocera based up on the next characteristics

Small, somewhat flattened body (7mm) with lateral protuberances, anterior spiracles with 8-9 lobes, ventral spinule patch absent, ventral and ventrolateral lobes not as long as in Ilione, ventrolateral lobe with apical appendage, mandible with 5 accessory teeth, ventral arch without posteromedian projection (2 large lobes). What is bothering me is just the shape with these strange lobes, especially in the last stage. In the penultimate stage the lobes are less developed and it looks more like a T. ferruginea. It is definitely no Sepedon or Ilione, and no T. ferruginea, arrogans, robusta. It may be hyalipennis or freyi but actually I have no idea.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
