I am looking for a methodology to evaluate the quality of wastewater using zebrafish larvae and embryos. Test No. 203: Fish, Acute Toxicity Test generally describes the procedure, but I have several questions:

1) do wastewater samples need any treatment before to exposure to embryos or larvae (centrifugation, filtration...)?

2) Is there an exposure ratio (waste water: aquarium water) to zebrafish embryos or larvae?
