The pandemic has revealed a large number of science deniers around the world. What structural actions can we take so that the importance of science and the logic of the scientific method are known to a greater number of people, especially in poor and developing countries?
I believe this is a very difficult subject to bring to the population, given the difficulties that poor and developing nations have in improving their education rates. Not to mention that many of these countries do not prioritize the education of their citizens for convenience and to maintain power. I believe the scientific community can do unilaterally to show the good results that vaccination has brought to the world so that the population can understand that science cannot be disregarded. Unfortunately, I believe that there can be only isolated actions of scientists, non-governmental organizations, and some companies committed to health.
It is a complex scenario and will require permanent political will.
Promote the use of all types of information and communication technologies to create information systems that bring science closer to all social strata.
Require that public institutions have technical/scientific teams in the decision-making process.
Science deniers don't deny all science. Science deniers generally have no problem with using the technological products of science and you will find few Luddites among them. They are cherrypickers who may deny certain scientific pronouncements that they don't trust for various reasons, often political or economic; or they may be deceitfully hypocritical out of self-interest.

Science literacy (scientific method/reasoning) should be taught in schools alongside with the hard sciences, in my humble opinion.
