I have surface waves (MASW test) data (39 traces) from numerical simulations using FLAC and I conducted a laboratory MASW test (20 traces).
The group wave velocity from numerical simulation is 64 m/s while from laboratory test is 1000 m/s. Now I want to scale the results from numerical simulations to match the velocity obtained from laboratory. The material properties for two mediums are different. Any help is appreciated.

Well I guess you should keep the Froude number equal here: V/sqrt(gL). In that case time scales with sqrt(lambda), lambda here being the sale factor (ratio) of two typical lengths on both scales (not the wave length itself). Velocity also scales with sqrt(lambda).
you must compared MASW-fied test with MASW-laboratory test; because have a over burden pressure factor.
