Does anyone know of any validated protocol for the inactivation of Covid-19 using detergents that do not lead to the denaturation of its viral proteins?

Please take a look at this article (preprint, not peer review yet). In the paper, it mentions two most used protocols to inactivate SARS-CoV-2 in the labs, and their own protocol (which is highlighted in this paper).

I hope this research paper will help you to have some implement in terms of protocol. Here, they have done inactivation of virus by using 0.1% triton-X-100 in 90% serum in which it doesn't have capability to inactivate the virus, but after using 1% triton-X-100 in 90% serum, it inactivated the virus.
You can also check some other materials with respect to their protocol suggested by WHO.
