How can I determine the sample size for my survey if I have two sample frames?
Do I calculate it separately for each?

Please could you clarify what you mean by sample frame. Sample size calculations depend upon the design of your study, the required probability levels and the expected effect size so you will need to explain more clearly exactly what you want to do in order to get a clear answer.

Peter Samuels, thank you. I intend to survey pharmacists as an exploratory research. I have two sources (lists/sampling frames) from the target population. One list has 110 subjects and the other has 1198 subjects. I will mainly conduct descriptive analyses on the data.
For you to determine the sample size of the study depends on the population of the study and the design. For the study you are conducting, the instrument for the study matter. I will suggest that the same instrument should be made available to the subjects since at the end of it all, descriptive analysis will be used.
