My main concern woud be the présence of microorganisms and nematodes like Eimeria in the excreta. This will adversely affect the health and well being of the animals. Secondly, the excreta will contain not much available nutrients anymore, so you are diluting the diet and reducing its nutritive value. I do not expect real toxic effects to occur.
Thank concentration of poultry waste to be added depends on the livestock to be fed. In developing country like Nigeria, it may be included in ruminant feeds up to 20% without negative effects. It's processed and the chemical composition analysed before incorporating into the formula, so there's no issue of dilution.
In the discussion of adding poultry waste, if it is well composted, there will be no toxicity, otherwise, the accumulation of uric acid in it, provided that dilution is not done, can be somewhat problematic.
