Good afternoon,
I am about to begin a quantitative research however I am concerned that my sample size is quite small. My plan is to explore incivility levels among nurses in the hospital that I am currently employed using a certain questionnaire developed for this purpose, however the current number of nurses is no more than 60. I am expecting a very high response rate but will this small size be an issue?

You may include nursing students too as your sample size seems a bit lower compared to existing literature.

Grigorios Marinakis, think that a sample size of 50-60 is an adequate sample. It will permit statistical analysis .What type of sample are you planning?
Anirban Banerjee thank you for your answer. If you mean what sampling method I will use this will be convenience sampling considering the low number of nurses at the hospital. I believe this is the most appropriate for this study. Any suggestions of course would be more than welcome.
The number of samples in taking respondents there is a minimum limit of the number of questions you will ask, please look for a formula or equation for the minimum number from the previous journal and the respondent does not have to be from only where you work, but please look for work that is still in contact with the object you are researching .
Please say what your research questions are, what measurements you will have, and your hypotheses. From these this will give us an idea about statistical procedures. You can use these for a power analysis as Christian Geiser says.
Justification of sample size is dependent on specific study and research design.
