I am considering conducting an umbrella review on nursing incivility interventions for nursing professionals as a possible subject for my dissertation. However, at the moment I found only 2 systematic reviews that fulfill my inclusion crteria. On the other hand, there are few integrative revierws on the topic, could these be included in an umbrella review?
In any other case, my options would be to either broaden my search criteria by e.g including nursing students and faculty in the population or change the subject.

I think that a systematic review should have a minimum of studies meeting the requirements for inclusion.
Similarly, and umbrella review needs a minimum.
Although there are only guidelines (Cochrane, Agree), you better not jeopardize the strenght of your endeavor beforehand by “just two”.
You might consider the trajectory the late prof George Evers often used in his reaseach and teaching:
1. Explore the phenomenon
2. Define the phenomenon (eg Walker and Avant, theory construction in nursing
3. Study the frequency of the phenomenon, e.g. how often does it occur, where, whom is concerned.
4. Study if the intervention has some effect, e.g. regression analysis like
5. Study in a clinical trial if the effects are significant.
6. Repeat 5
7. Repeat 6
8 Repeat 7
9 Repeat 5, 6, 7, 8
10. repeat 9
11. Carry out systematic review

Presumably, the intent of your umbrella review, (in addition to fulfilling the requirements for a degree) is to provide a resource for other interested parties. Thus, assuming the integrative reviews are reputable and accurate, I see no problem with their inclusion. Also, I would not view the inclusion of additional material and interviews with appropriate personnel as an either/or situation. Perhaps my anthropological background biases me, but I have found , in dealing with actual humans, unexpected insights and interpretations can come to light.
Yes, you may include other integrative reviews in your umbrella review. It will definitely strengthen your findings in the proposed research study.
