In general ‘market orientation, of the firm can be measured by assessing the behaviour and activities in an organisation related to generation of market intelligence dissemination of the intelligence across departments, organisational responsiveness. linking these components with the creation of superior value for buyers will help in assessing r performance for the business. following paper may be useful in developing construct for the study.
