Can someone help me with a scale for measuring the performance or performance indicators (objective and subjective) in the healthcare industries ie hospitals?
Before answering your question, I would like to know what are you trying to measure? are you looking for Individuals performance measurement? or you are looking for Organizational performance measurement?. It is different, meanwhile, Indicators are also a different ball game, you need to have two levels of indicators, one is for the organization and the other for department level. Please give me the answers and I will be more than happy to discuss it with you. Finally does the organization has a Strategic plan?
thanks a lot for the line of questioning that has helped me to understand the situation even better....Am currently doing a paper on Market Orientation and the performance of Private Healthcare centers, so am looking at my operational defination of performance in terms on both subjective and objective means.
