Hi, i am doing Rubisco enzyme activity assay on wheat grown under drought stress conditions using spectrophotometric methods. however, i do not have good protocol with all details. i have seen many papers but not given enough details. can any one advise me or send the full details of all solutions and all steps in details with all precautions?
