Robert Bowers, from Pennsylvania, author of the synagogue mass-shooting in USA, is a deer hunter and had game licenses for arms. Pennsylvania registered in 2017 three times more Chronic Wasting Disease cases in deer and is sounding the alarm. As far CWD is an USA endogenous Transmisible spongiform encephalopathy, transmissible through prions, it can be transmitted to men, specially to hunters. No cases were reported, even if US hunters seem to more affected by Alzheimer. Before condemning Robert Bowers to death, he should be tested for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and similar dementia.

This is the second case in 2018 of mass-murder performed by a deer hunter. Last one was in Texas, during a country music festival. How much time more would US undercover the terrible and expanding CWD and the threat it represent for hunters? I know Hunting is in the US almost a religion and that people may easily turn violent. But it's a matter of public health. And North American hunters should not be accepted for blood (and specially plasma) donation.
