I am looking for a way to find RNA virus genome termini in metatranscriptomes.
Do you know a database of sequences for RNA virus genome termini?
Or if they are certain motifs repeated across the termini of the multiple segments of a virus genome?

There are a LOT of different types of RNA viruses. Influeza A virus and HIV-1 for example are both RNA viruses.
If you search GenBank for your virus and "complete genome" the termini of the RNA strands should be included, but often times researchers will say "complete genome" when they mean complete protein-coding region, so you need to check several entries to be sure they are all ending at the same site, and this must be upstream and downstream of the coding region.
