I am trying to extract RNA from the bone
I have tried the Trizol method and I got a high yield of RNA with slightly low 260/280 ratio.
when I measure the RNA integrity I got very bad quality of RNA (low no. or RINe)
Also, I have tried to use another method column method from Invitrogen kit, but still no good purification of RNA
I am wondering if some one has tried a good protocol and if so, how much of bone tissue you used to get a very good RNA
